Plastic has become one of the most harmful materials to our environment.
From polluting oceans and harming wildlife, to filling up landfills for decades without decomposing, this material is having devastating short term and long term effects on our planet.
The main culprits are the companies producing these products. Plastic is cheap, economical, and easy to mould, so it’s no wonder its use is so rampant.
We at Veg In A Box only use plastic packaging for certain goods purely for convenience. But that’s no excuse! It’s time to go the extra mile, so in the next few weeks we will be attempting to make the conversion to be completely plastic free!
We’ve already started by switching our old carrier bags to new 100% biodegradable bags!
We have to do our part and start looking after this place we call home 🙂

We had such a fantastic time at QFest this weekend! From meeting a ton of lovely people in the industry, to watching all of the fantastic demonstrations by seasoned BBQ pros, everything was spot on!
