Yes, the minimum spend is £25 not including delivery charges.

Below is a map illustrating the our entire delivery area, we no longer deliver outside of this area. The areas marked in green are eligible for free delivery with orders over £99, under £99 is the standard delivery charge of £3.95. The other areas marked in white also have a standard delivery charge of £3.95.

We will always aim to deliver on your selected delivery day. But if the unfortunate circumstance occurs that we aren’t able to make it that day we will be in touch to arrange an alternative day for delivery.

Delivery Costs

If you live in one of the postcodes eligible for free delivery (green areas on the map) and you’re order is over £99, we will deliver it for free! If it is under £99 you will be charged our standard delivery rate of £3.95.
If you don’t live in a postcode eligible for free delivery you will be charged our standard delivery rate of £3.95.

Can I specify a more accurate delivery date/time?

Yes just select a delivery date at checkout and we’ll try our best to deliver then. If you want to specify a more accurate delivery time or you have more elaborate delivery instructions you can tell us in the “Order Notes” box below the delivery date picker at checkout and we’ll make the arrangements.

When will my delivery arrive?

If you are in the local delivery area and have specified a delivery time we will try our hardest to deliver then, if we cannot make it we will be in contact to make other arrangements.

If you are in the local delivery area and haven’t specified an estimated delivery time it will arrive sometime in the day, to find out when your order will be arriving please call us at any time and we’ll be able to let you know exactly when your order will be with you.

Our delivery window is 8am-7.30pm.
