We’re so happy to say that we now deliver fresh Devon milk – from grass to your glass in under a day. It feels great to knowing our milk’s coming from a fabulous, caring farming family who live just around the corner.
Our new supplier: The Udder Stuff
Set up by Emily, a dairy farmer’s daughter, this incredible East Devon company milk 200 Friesian cross Jersey cows every day to produce fresh, gently pasteurised, unhomogenised milk – just like it should be. Using the ease of a vending machine, Emily’s on a mission to reconnect people with the farms they get their dairy from. A girl after our own heart.
Nature’s flavours
As this whole Devon milk comes straight from the cow and is only gently pasteurised, its butterfats develop with the seasons. As nature changes, the milk’s flavour changes, depending on what the cows are eating. So the taste of the milk evolves depending on what time of year you drink it – the natural taste of magic!
How it works
Buy a glass bottle for your first delivery (at a special price for Veg in a Box customers).
Pick from a choice of milk or flavoured milkshakes (creme egg is their special at the mo).
We’ll collect it fresh from the vending machine and deliver it to your door the very same day.
When ordering your next one, just return your bottle with the new delivery (all bottles are washed and sterilised!)
So why go to a supermarket when you can get this on your doorstep? It’s udderly delicious!
What an honor! To be honest we’re still in shock lol! Never in a million years did we think that we would have be a finalist for such an award, absolutely blown away. We’re going to keep our fingers, toes, everything crossed and hope for the best! #supportlocal www.exeterlivingawards.co.uk Julie xxx
We’ve had a couple customers ask us why we’ve wrapped some items in bags. It’s completely understandable and a perfectly reasonable question, usually all of our fruit and veg is completely free of any packaging. But given whats going on in the world at the moment there’s obviously is a reason for this. With the …
Spring is in the air and we’ve been watching our Devon fields come to life! We’re looking forward to all the local produce this season, but we know it’s hard for a lot of families at the mo. We’re not quite out of the woods yet. So, with this in mind, we’ve freshened up our boxes – making sure they’re as affordable as poss – …
