They are made using our award winning Rich Fruit Cake recipe, laced with brandy and then once cooled glazed with apricot jam, a thick layer of marzipan and white icing and decorated to a high standard with ribbons, holly, fir cones or other festive adornments.
This cake is nicest when left to mature several months before eating which is why we start baking them well in advance before Christmas.
