OVEN FROM CHILLED: Preheat oven (180C / Fan 170C), remove lid and bake for 25 minutes. OVEN FROM FROZEN: Preheat oven (180C / Fan 170C), remove lid and bake for 40-45 minutes. NOT SUITABLE FOR MICROWAVE COOKING.
